My sleeping dilema

It’s a cold night.. Its freezing cold outside and just came from bar with friends.. got the chance to hang out with some long lost friends I haven’t seen for a long time.. but I won’t go into detail about all of that because all I can think is a crowded place, full blast videoke, familiar faces and a way too drunk buddies.. *sigh*.. Its just like any other night as I went home.. couldn’t have a normal sleep..

Heard a familiar song frm TV as I pour coffee into my heater. Can’t feel sleepy.. I ended up n front of my screen sitting, checking at my YM and friendster’s inbox and looking 4 some music lyrics as I look to some photos.. trying to kill my time and hopefully can shut my eyes..

Hahay.. Just a sort of nonsense.. Maybe I’ll just manage to force myself to go to sleep.. Ciao!

Have you been given a sign and do you believe in it?

I’ve always been fascinated by the phenomenon of coincidence and was curious when a friend told me about her asking a sign long time ago. Having no boyfriend at that time, she asked for a sign that whoever give her white roses, he’ll be the right one..

Months and year had past, nobody gave her what she’s asking.. then she already forgot about the sign..

Then here comes valentines day, feb 14.. We all know that red roses are the traditional gift given on valentines day. Though they had misunderstanding with her boyfriend, the guy gave her white roses.. someone asked, WHY WHITE? Forgetting about the sign, she just ignored the question..

The next day when she went home, She noticed the rose which she placed beside the Sto. Nino. I was there watching her. She smell it and stared at it. Then told herself “BAKIT NGA BA WHITE?” Then sabi nya “Oh my God! I asked for it  long time ago!” And to think twas given on Valentines day!

‘Til now she’s thinking if she would take this seriously despite the fact that they’re on a shaky relationship now. Too bad

I know she’s not the only one who’s looking for signs. Sometimes I do when I’m going through a hard time in making critical decisions in life. Signs can help us decide which way to go but I also trust my instincts and analyze situations.

I guess we all have a different take on the issue and we have to make a choice. Would u consider it if you’re the one in her shoes?
